Family

January 17th was my cousin Reagan's 13th birthday. She had a basketball tournament in Fort Wayne that day, so we were able to watch her play (she did so great!) and then spend the rest of the day with her. Grandma Mary Jane, Kelcey, Kelcey's boyfriend Dan, and Reagan all came over and we enjoyed playing games of euchre and munching on brownies and popcorn. What a lovely day!

It is so great to have Ryan home. He was in Cincinnati the last few days for a work conference. He really missed Derek while he was gone and noticed he had changed and grown just in those 3 days!

Ryan said the conference went really well, although he was pretty tired when he returned home. Here are a couple pictures of him snuggling with his little boy. :)

Yes, I realize there is still Christmas music playing on our blog. I'm not ready for the holidays to be over quite yet. ;)

Rub a Dub Dub

A New Niece!

Thirteen days after our son was born, he got a brand new cousin! Selah Hope LeFavour was born to Kim and Jake Saturday, December 13th in Arizona. Isn't she BEAUTIFUL?! This is Jake and Kim's 3rd child -- they have 3 kids!!! We miss them all so much and hope we are able to see them at some point during the new year. Congratulations, Jake and Kim and welcome Baby Selah!

Bringing Home Baby

Our first week home with Derek went really well! We are having so much fun with him already, although a bit sleep deprived. Here are some pictures of our first week as a family.

Derek Reid Eddy was born Sunday, November 30th, 2008!

We are so thankful that labor and delivery went very smoothly and that our little boy is healthy.

We love him so very much already and feel so blessed to have this new life in our lives!
